Next, I design a clear operating plan for a business that does not rely on you day to day.

We define your future role, what decisions you still own, and what gets fully delegated. We identify the few KPIs that actually matter and set clear ownership across the team so nothing depends on you anymore.

This stage turns chaos into a simple map. Everyone knows the key metrics, who owns what, and how the business should run when you are not involved.

This is where most of the work happens.

I build the full operating system for your business which includes:  A knowledge hub, department KPIs, playbooks, meeting cadence, job profiles, and everything else listed here. All of these are built around how your team actually works, not generic templates. I also train your team to run these systems without you and answer any questions they might have.

Now we step back.

We transition ownership fully to the team and stress-test the system in real conditions. You reduce involvement while the business continues to operate through the new cadence, reporting, and decision flow. We refine what breaks, close the last gaps, and finalize a clean founder handover plan. You can step away for days or weeks without things slowing down or falling apart.
